Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Please note: There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
